About Us
Halo Shoes offers luxury products typically from small companies and designers with limited distribution. Many of the brands have a multi-generational tradition of making beautiful shoes and clothing with a high level of "hand". Stylistically, our brands range from classic to unconventional, edgy to demur. Established in 1998 and the recipient of multiple awards, Halo is located the historic Sentinel Hotel, one of Portland's top luxury boutique hotels. The neighborhood known as the West End, is a vibrant district composed of many top local boutiques, restaurants and hotels.

Shipping
All domestic orders for full priced items over $400 have free shipping (free shipping is not offered for sale items) otherwise we typically ship via USPS ground and charge approximately $14-20 for the lower 48 states. Other, quicker shipping options are available for an extra amount. Please contact us at 503.331.0366 for a more exact quote on your preferred shipping option. Your USPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your purchase is shipped. If you decide to return your purchase and did not pay a shipping fee, you will be credited your purchase less the cost to ship the goods to you.
We also ship internationally and typically use USPS Priority International. The shipping charge is approximately $85 per shipment depending on destination, size and weight. Your shipment will be insured and include a tracking number that will be emailed to you. If you prefer a different carrier please let us know at the time of purchase and we can look at alternative shipping options. You will be responsible for paying your country's specific taxes, duties, and tariffs that may be associated with your purchase.
Returns
Returns/Exchange Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your product, we are happy to exchange it for no additional shipping charge. Email or call to let us know about your exchange, and we will work with you to fulfill your request. If you're returning for a refund, please email us at store@haloshoes.com to let us know you'll be returning your purchase. Returns need to be shipped to Halo Shoes within 14 days of the item's purchase date for a full refund. If you decide to return your purchase and did not pay a shipping fee, you will be credited your purchase less the cost to ship the goods to you.
Products that have been worn, used or otherwise not in new, unworn condition cannot be returned.
Returns are required to include all the original packaging materials, including the original shoe box. Do not use the shoe box as the shipping container. Please put it in another box or carefully wrap it with sturdy paper. It is important for us to have the goods returned in new condition so we can have the opportunity to sell them to another customer.
A full credit may be denied for returned merchandise not meeting Halo's return policy and a restocking fee upwards of 20% may be charged. If you did not pay a shipping fee for your merchandise, you will be credited your purchase amount less the cost to ship the goods to you.
