Payment and Security:
When placing an order with Haloshoes.com your order will be secure and confidential due to the 128 bit encryption used by our server to ensure your personal and credit card information remains with us only. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Returns/Exchange Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your product, we are happy to exchange it for no additional shipping charge. Just email or call to let us know about your exchange, and we will work with you to fulfill your request.
Products that have been worn, used or otherwise not in brand new condition cannot be returned.
If you're returning for a refund, please email us at store@haloshoes.com to let us know you'll be returning your purchase. Returns need to be shipped to Halo Shoes within 14 days of the item's purchase date. Also, please note the following:
Returns made 14 days after the date of purchase are subject to a 10% restocking penalty and returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
Returns are required to include all the original packaging materials, including the original box. Do not use the original box as the shipping container. Please put it in another box or carefully wrap it with sturdy paper. It is important for us to have the goods returned in new condition so we can have the opportunity to sell them to another customer.
Domestic Shipping:
We typically ship UPS Ground. If you would like your shipment quicker, please let us know what delivery you'd like and we'll quote the various available rates. We only charge what we are charged by UPS. All packages are insured and a tracking number will be emailed to you. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and we are not able to ship to post office boxes.
You are responsible for receiving your order and signatures will be required on orders over $400. The UPS tracking number emailed to you will enable you to follow your package's journey to you. If a shipment is undeliverable and returned, the cost of shipping and any other return charges will be deducted from your refund.
International Shipping:
HaloShoes.com typically ships gloabally via USPS. Your shipment should arrive in 7-10 business days and will be insured and have a tracking number. We've found international rates typically range between $35 and $55 however, these costs depend on factors such as weight, size, and destination. We will email you with this information before shipping.
International customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes such as the Value Added Tax (VAT) or additional fees incurred by your purchase. Halo Shoes is not responsible for these fees which are generally fixed by your government. If you require more information, please research with your government's import tax department or the local postal service.
A 10% penalty fee will be applied to any orders refused without prior approval from Halo Shoes.
