Shipping & Returns

Halo Shoes' general shipping guidelines:

We ship items using UPS Ground for domestic and UPS International to insure items delivered to you promptly and safely. The rate charged is calculated by UPS. However we may use different shipping carriers when we need to; especially for international shipments. If you live outside the United States you will be charged customs duties. The duty will depend on the country you reside and the value of the merchandise you ordered. If you live in the United States, you will not be charged any customs duties.

What is the return policy?

HALO Shoes will gladly accept returns of all full retail items purchased by credit card. All items being returned must be in new, unworn condition. Any merchandise with tags removed or have been worn, used, or washed will not be accepted. Sales items are NOT refundable unless prior arrangements have been approved. HALO Shoes will accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery and MUST be postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery or the merchandise will be refused. We recommend insuring your returning package. If any package is sent to us without prior authorization, we have the right to refuse the package.

When will I get my refund?

Once HALO Shoe receives, processes and confirms that your return item meets the Return Policy requirements, you will be issued a refund. The receipt will be sent to you by mail. Refunds are processed within approximately 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Remember that we do not refund delivery costs, only the amount paid for the item you have decided to return.

What is the exchange policy of HALO Shoes?

HALO Shoes is happy to exchange regular priced items purchased by credit card and are in their original new condition for another size or color. Sales items are exchangeable for same style but different size. Items that have the tags cut off or have been worn, used, or washed will not be accepted. Exchanges need to happen within 14 days from the date of delivery. We recommend insuring your return package as HALO Shoes is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. As soon as your exchange is accepted, the exchanged product will be shipped out. Shipping for the exchange will be charged to your credit card. If any package is sent to us without prior authorization we have the right to refuse the package.
