In 1996, Rafi Balouzian established the CYDWOQ factory in Burbank, California creating completely handmade shoes. Since then, he continues the concept of creating a variety of shoes, boots, pumps and sandals that combine comfort with non-trendy based design which results in timeless shoes. Some of our best selling styles were created many years ago and still are looking and wearing great. Devoted CYDWOQ owners return to Halo Shoes every time a new season is unveiled as we have the largest selection of Cydwoq shoes in Portland, and one of the largest in the Northwest.
