If the products displayed on Haloshoes.com are no longer available at the time of your order, HALO Shoes will inform you of the unavailability of the ordered products. Also, if the purchase price has been paid for product no longer available, HALO Shoes will refund the total amount paid.

By submitting an order with Halo Shoes, you accept our Policies of Use. Should you not agree with these terms, please do not submit your order.

All products offered on our website are purchased directly from fashion houses, manufacturers and dealers, and carefully selected. HALO Shoes does not sell used products, flawed or products not of first quality. However, from time to time, defects do occur and HALO Shoes will do its best to remedy any defect. We reserve the right to inspect and judge what remedy will be provided.
